During onboarding, our professionals provide training on using the gate and our customer portal. It is intuitive and user-friendly.
It takes us 1 working day to install a gate. We only need 230V power and an internet cable with 100 Mbps.
The installation and implementation of the UMBRA gate usually takes no more than two working days. After an additional half-day training you can use the UMBRA gate without any problems.
At the moment we can come and install the UMBRA gate for you within a few weeks after ordering. If you are in a hurry and want to get the UMBRA gate delivered faster, this is often possible. Please contact us for this.
A scan is made of each vehicle that leaves the site through the UMBRA gate with all information about the condition of the vehicle. This data is linked to the license plate and saved. As soon as the vehicle returns and is scanned again, the system makes a comparison with the previous scan. Thanks to A.I. technology, it is clear within a few seconds whether there is damage to the vehicle.

Both options are possible! We install the gates both indoors and outdoors.
While LUX is suitable for vans, box trucks, trucks and trailers, UMBRA is suitable for passenger cars. With the UMBRA you choose a covered light tunnel for automated inspection of vehicle damage. UMBRA is specifically designed for passenger cars and has a drive-through limitation in terms of vehicle height. With the LUX gate, you can also scan high vehicles without any problems.
The UMBRA gate is quality built with very high-quality components, all of which have a very long lifespan. Should there be a defective part under any circumstances, it is good to know that we have these in stock in the Netherlands. Within one or a few working days we can replace the relevant part. This is quick and easy because the UMBRA light tunnel is modularly constructed.
For the highest-quality photos, it is recommended to drive through the LUX gate at a speed of 5 kilometers per hour. You can drive up to 10 kilometers per hour through the UMBRA gate.
A.I. is used in various ways at the UMBRA gate. Thanks to A.I. technology in combination with various camera techniques and proprietary light sources, even the smallest damages can be detected flawlessly, even on black paint. The distinction between damage and dirt on the car is also made with the use of A.I.

Yes, the LUX works in those conditions as well! Raindrops are not a problem, and in the dark, we use infrared or additional lighting.
